Green Eats for St. Patrick's Day
St. Patrick’s Day is a week away! Time to pull out your best green, and get your Irish ready. Good food and festive attire, there’s plenty to get planned before the big day (especially since it falls on a Saturday this year). Lucky for you, we put together some of our favorite green inspired recipes that are full of healthy goodness and will leave you guilt free.
This shamrock shake puts others to shame with its avocado and mint leaves. Rest easy knowing you can bring the drive thru right to your kitchen on this one.
Grab yourself a shamrock shaped cookie cutter and some spinach tortilla wraps for this one. Go with whatever dip you and your little ones like best. We personally think you can’t go wrong with a little added green in the form of some homemade guacamole.
Veggie trays are a staple for any get together. Why not take advantage of a simple layout by color coordinating it to the flag of Ireland? Green, white and orange veggies surrounding some tzatziki dip- Easy prep time, and you can’t go wrong.
