NatureSeal for Fresh-Cut Produce is a wholesome blend of vitamins and minerals that protects fresh-cut fruits and vegetables from oxidation.  Originally developed and patented with the USDA, NatureSeal eliminates browning in cut produce for up to 14 days, maintaining the natural texture and color, without altering the flavor.  Extend the shelf-life of a wide variety of cut fruits and vegetables, including, apples, pears, stone fruit, carrots and celery.
